In 2010, Liberty Wharf became Boston’s hottest waterfront destination complete with modern office space, award-winning restaurants and access to the Boston Harbor Walk.

In preparation for the opening of this mixed use seaport development, Feldman provided Cresset Development with surveys of D Street and Harborview Lane that enabled the client and design team to establish the view corridors to the ocean.

Later, we performed ALTA/NSPS land title surveys; existing conditions surveys; construction layout; a FEMA flood certificate; and a final as-built and ALTA survey for long term financing.
